DESCRIPTION:
The first goal of Colorblind Assistant is to harness the power of the iPhone and iPod Touch to improve colorblind lives. The second goal was to put it in plain english, so the entire GUI is text. The third and unreached goal is for the app to pass the ishihara color test.

Version 2.4 submitted with improved performance for the iPhone 2g and its camera. A version for the iPad is currently under review which will sell for $2.99. March 16, 2010
Version 2.3 submitted to Apple and approved! Top 10 list expanded, navigate via next and prev.
Color pallete can be halved via Saturation or Hue
Edge detect multiplied x2 for better visibility
Color names added, using a list modified from HTML/CSS January 23, 2010
Version 2.2 adds edge detection and an enhance tool for navigating images. November 23, 2009
Version 2.1 was submitted to Apple. Fixed bug reporting red as grey, added zoom, added ability to turn off/on text. October 26, 2009
Version 2.0 was submitted to Apple. Expect faster speeds and an improved GUI by mid November. October 15, 2009
I assembled this app as quickly as I could manage, working night and day.
